A 74 m² 18th-century flat, reimagined in Paris’s historic Marais district, showcasing a Polyrey oak wood finish.

Situated in the heart of the Marais, this 74 m² flat, built in the 18th century, has been completely redesigned with particular attention paid to materials and textures. The choice fell on a Polyrey HPL® C182 Adrian Oak finish, selected for its fine, soft and luminous grain, which evokes the natural elegance of wood.

Thanks to this combination of material and finish, the apartment’s spaces exude warmth and modernity. Every detail has been designed to offer visual and tactile comfort whilst respecting the property’s heritage character.

The Essencia finish is an exclusive texture developed by Polyrey for its wood-effect HPL laminates. It enhances the laminate panels by bringing out the authenticity of the grain through a subtle brushed effect, whilst retaining a soft, natural feel, similar to that of real wood.
